Covid-19 Policy.

Standards have been split into two parts, the initial part is for clients to agree/adhere to. The second part displays the standards to expect should you use our service.

Procedures for Clients

  • Consultation forms will be at the premises for clients. These need to be completed at the appointment.

  • Clients showing any COVID related symptoms should not attend their appointment. Should they need to cancel at short notice, this will not incur a penalty. Please use the NHS info page for a list of up-to-date symptoms.

  • Clients will be asked sanitise their hands upon arrival

  • Clients who turn up early to appointments can wait in the designated waiting area outside the treatment room.

  • Appointments must strictly stick to time to enable appropriate sanitising between appointments

  • Appointments will no longer be back-to-back to ensure there is minimal contact between people

Hygiene standards to be expected should you use our service

  • The following will be disinfected between appointments:

    • Massage Tools, Table, Cushions and Chairs

    • Massage room surfaces, door knobs & light switches.

    • Toilet and sink area

  • Any towels used during treatments are changed between treatments

  • Couch roll is used to add a layer of protection between the client, the massage table and cushions
